What is Dweve Charter?

Dweve Charter is a customer-operated company system. It keeps parties, money, work, knowledge, policy, events and AI actions on one typed operating graph within an eligible licensed Dweve deployment. It runs on customer-controlled infrastructure, including physically isolated or air-gapped sites. It is not offered as a managed service or standalone SaaS product. Charter is not public open source, and source and modification rights are separate from the licence to operate it.

• AI reads inherit the current user, field and purpose policy; AI writes stop at a signed, expiring proposal that a person confirms before the system commits it.
• The product provides data-lifecycle mechanisms for access, portability, retention and erasure by class. The customer remains responsible for lawful operation.
