Annual on-site audit of the build infrastructure is available in licensed contracts. Right-to-audit clauses are standard at that tier. Custom penetration tests by customer-appointed firms are welcomed.

The control environment is implemented. The ISO 27001 certification audit and SOC 2 examination are scheduled for Q1 2027; only the external assurance and resulting certificate or report remain. GDPR, the EU AI Act, NIS2, and DORA are legal and operational requirements, not certifications.

Yes. For deployments that require no outbound network connection at all, an air-gap mode ships the model weights and inference engine as a closed bundle. It runs without an outbound check-in, a token refresh, or a telemetry call.

Yes. Licensed deployments run on your hardware in your data centre. The same platform, same API, same trace format. You choose the jurisdiction.

The Business Workspace runs in Dweve's public Mesh. The service agreement documents the processing boundary, subprocessors, operating responsibilities, and applicable jurisdiction. Customers needing direct infrastructure and key control use a licensed deployment.

Prices are in EUR. Consumer prices include VAT. Business prices exclude VAT. Validated EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID receive reverse-charge invoices under the applicable cross-border rules; VAT treatment follows the customer’s location and VAT status.

Business Workspace packages run from EUR 299 to EUR 9,999 per month with published token allowances. Annual licensed-platform tiers run from EUR 100,000 to EUR 900,000. Products are not sold as arbitrary individual line items; the licence tier defines the operating scope and rights.

Yes. After the first paid month, an eligible individual customer may choose the published spare-compute route. It covers one Personal subscription while its current contribution terms are met. It does not replace a Friends & Family subscription. Eligibility, requirements, controls and exit conditions are shown before opt-in.

Yes. An eligible pre-order locks in 25% off every published Dweve price for the life of the uninterrupted contract. Fabric Personal becomes EUR 14.25 a month and Fabric Friends & Family becomes EUR 35.63 a month. The same 25% applies to API rates, Business Workspace packages, licences, PoVs, training, and Government and Critical Infrastructure programmes. One eligible multi-year reduction can stack with it.

Fabric Personal is EUR 19 per month for one named person. Fabric Friends & Family is EUR 47.50 per month for five named people, the price of 2.5 Personal subscriptions. Both use Fabric through the web and app without Aura, direct API access or Agent SDK rights. Both are billed monthly and cancelable at any time. EU withdrawal rights apply when you buy at a distance and are explained before purchase. Business pricing is separate.

Yes, from your account settings at any time. Conversations disappear when you delete them. There is no shadow archive. For licensed deployments, deletion is cryptographic where legally permitted and logical otherwise.

You are the data controller; Dweve is the processor for managed services. Data stays in the EU; no international transfer occurs, so standard contractual clauses are not needed. A GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement is available before signature.

In the Business Workspace: only automated systems and named support engineers operating under documented access procedures. In licensed deployments, only your own administrators. We do not share data with third parties for advertising or analytics.

No, not by default. Training on customer conversations requires an explicit opt-in and a separate written agreement. If you have not signed one, your data is not used for training.

Your conversations stay in the European Union. We do not use them to train models unless you explicitly say yes in a separate written agreement. You can delete everything at any time and the delete is real, not a soft archive.

A signed archive containing the input, the rules and thresholds that fired, the intermediate steps, any operator override, the output, the model version, and a cryptographic signature. Open it with the verify tool; no network needed. Small enough to attach to a contract or regulatory submission.

Yes, by design. Same input, same weights, same trace, same output, bit-exact, on any supported CPU. Non-determinism only enters if you explicitly request sampling temperature above zero, and even then the seed is logged in the trace.

A chat tool gives you an answer and a box to type the next question. Fabric gives you an answer, the exact documents and rules that produced it, the decision owner, and a replay bundle you can hand to an auditor. The answer is the same; the audit trail is not.

Loom is the domain-specialist routing system underneath Fabric. Instead of one large model, Loom runs a pool of smaller specialists and routes each question to the most relevant ones. Answers are a consensus of the relevant domain specialists, with the routing decision visible in the trace.

Fabric is the web and app interface. You connect files and documents, work with models and agents, and receive inspectable sources and traces. Team environments participate in Dweve's public Mesh while their managed data remains in Europe.

Dweve is a European company building AI systems that run on CPUs rather than cloud GPU farms. The core technology replaces floating-point matrix multiplications with binary and ternary constraint operations, which run faster, use a fraction of the energy, and produce a verifiable reasoning trace for every answer.

Fabric is the workspace, Loom routes the domain specialists underneath it, and every answer arrives with its sources and a replay bundle you can verify offline.
