We have AI technology that needs reliable delivery to customers. Right now, our production infrastructure exists mostly in one person's head. We need you to become the person who owns this platform. Not maintains it. Owns it.

This is a chance to architect infrastructure for AI using a different approach than traditional deployments. You won't be deploying another LLM API behind a load balancer. You'll be building a distributed system where AI agents collaborate peer-to-peer, where computation happens at the edge and in the cloud simultaneously, where we guarantee data sovereignty and five-nines reliability at the same time. You'll make decisions that shape how European companies deploy AI. You'll design systems that process millions of queries across continents. You'll build infrastructure that makes our AI systems usable in production.

Key Responsibilities

Own Dweve Mesh: our decentralized P2P network where AI agents collaborate. Make it scale globally.
Own the production infrastructure for Dweve Aura and Dweve Spindle. Kubernetes, databases, networking, all of it.
Own our enterprise modules: authentication, high availability, storage, monitoring. The foundations that customers trust.
Design our multi-region, air-gapped deployment strategy. Some customers can't use public clouds. We need to run anywhere.
Build comprehensive observability. You can't fix what you can't see.
Make the hard calls on technology choices. Your decisions will echo for years.
Become the person who knows this infrastructure as deeply as our CTO. Then make it better.

Requirements

Deep experience building high-availability distributed systems. You've built things that ran 24/7 with real users depending on them.
Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers. You know what works and what's just hype.
Strong knowledge of networking (especially P2P protocols like libp2p), databases (Postgres, Redis, Neo4j), and infrastructure as code.
Fluent in English (Dutch is great but not required for exceptional candidates).
You're a pragmatist. You know the difference between perfect architecture and shipping software.
Security-first mindset. Experience with GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and enterprise compliance.
You've seen systems fail in creative ways and learned from every failure.
